What should I photograph?
Can't find it? No problem — just photograph the front of the whole boiler, including any controls or screen, and we'll identify it for you. Please don't remove any covers or panels — if the badge is behind the case, our engineer will record it on the day.
No problem — book a standard service and our engineer will identify everything on the day. Next time, we'll already know your boiler.
